American Paws Review

Today we are doing a review of American Paws, a dog treat company.  The are primarily a hand made 100% chicken dried chicken treats.  However, they also do sell natural beef jerky treats.  chicken jerky for dog

American Paws makes 100% chicken treats with nothing artificial and no GMOs.  Their beef jerky treats are also all natural.  The treats are 76% protein and are low in fat.  They are good for large and small dogs alike.  Their are no reviews available for this product, but it looks to me to be a quality treat to buy for your dog.  The chicken all comes from the United States.

There are no cons that I can find for American Paws treats, unless you consider $16.26 to be expensive for an 8 ounce bag of treats.

  1. I am sure this is a great post for those of us that want our dogs to have the best.  It is short and to the point.  No fluff, just facts.  And it looks good too.  The site is neat, and the picture is great.  The fact that the treats can be purchased in different flavors, chicken, and beef, is a plus for this product.  Also, dog owners can be assured that they are giving their dog, a good product.  Thanks for this review.

    • Thank you for your comments.  I’m glad you liked the post.  It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a dog treat that was 100% meet.  I just had to write something, even though the topic didn’t have much to draw from.

  2. Thanks for your review of this dog treat which I haven’t been aware of. The treats look super-yummy and well-balanced in terms of nutritional value. What I’d like to ask is whether the package says anything specific as for where the chickens come from – whether they are free-range or factory-bred. I know this may sound a silly question, and many people might think that this should not matter to dogs at all. However, many factory-bred chickens are fed with hormones, and this may be not ideal for the doggies. I’m not an expert whatsoever, but I’ve been wondering about this for some time, so I think it’d be worth finding out to what extent this factor may impact dogs’ health.

    • Thank you for your response.  I’m not sure whether they’re free range or factory bred.  However, they did say that the treats were all natural, non-gmo chickens.  You’re right, they dogs wouldn’t know, that’s why we look out for them.  Very thoughtful of you to think of that question.

  3. Hi, Tony,
I find the information you share interesting about dog treats. I would like to know if there are similar products and what differences there are in terms of quality and price and, on the other hand, to know where they are for sale or where or how I can buy them. Thank you for your attention.

    • Thank you for your comments. First of all, you can click on my link that are the blue colored words. The price ranges from 13.99 to 18.30, depending on what you want. There is a much bigger item that prices up to 100. However, the regular sizes are stated above. The quality is excellent, because it’s 100% meat, whether you pick the beef or chicken. Honestly, I haven’t seen anything yet, other than this product, the offers absolutely 100% meat, with nothing else in it. I hope this information is helpful to you.
